If undiagnosed prenatally, there are several neonatal complications associated with this condition at birth. Breathing difficulty and respiratory infections are secondary to restricted chest expansion and prematurity [3,7]. Thickened, cracked skin leads to impaired temperature regulation and increased risk of infections. Wide mouth causes feeding difficulty. Affected infants have problems in maintaining electrolyte balance and dehydration is the most frequent complication. Intravenous access is difficult, umbilical cord cannulation is usually recommended for fluid monitoring and drug administration.
Age is a major contributor to disc herniation. Over time, your spinal discs naturally and gradually lose fluid volume; this is known as degenerative disc disease. As the discs wear gradually, microscopic cracks or tears can form on the outer surface, creating an escape route for the gel-like interior.
As a boy's body adjusts to this changing equipment, his voice may "crack" or "break." This process lasts only a few months. When the larynx is finished growing, your son's voice won't make unpredictable squeak or cracking sounds.
The Doctor first meets Amelia when she is seven years old (portrayed by Caitlin Blackwood) and disturbed by a crack in her wall. He promises to return to the lonely girl in five minutes and take her with him in the TARDIS, but accidentally arrives twelve years later, by which time adult Amy has become sceptical about her "imaginary friend". However, she eventually decides to travel with him, and the duo are later joined by her fiancé Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill). Amy and Rory marry at the end of the fifth series. In the sixth series, Amy gives birth to their daughter, Melody Pond, who is revealed to be recurring character (since the fourth series) River Song (Alex Kingston).
Amelia Pond is introduced in the first episode of the fifth series (2010), "The Eleventh Hour", as a seven-year-old girl living with only her aunt when the Doctor (Matt Smith) crashes into her front yard one night. She asks him to investigate an unusual crack in her wall, but he is interrupted by an alert from the TARDIS. He promises Amelia that he will return in five minutes, but is inadvertently late by twelve years. In the intervening period, Amelia's family and friends believe the Doctor is just her imaginary friend; her insistence that he is real leads to her being treated by psychiatrists. When the Doctor returns, Amy is nineteen years old and working as a kissogram. She helps him save Earth from the galactic police force, the Atraxi, and when he returns two years later she begins travelling with him as his companion.[2] At the end of "Flesh and Stone", Amy reveals that they had left Earth on the eve of her marriage to Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill) and attempts to seduce the Doctor.[3] The Doctor finds Rory and takes him and Amy to 16th century Venice on an intended romantic date after which Rory continues travelling with them.[4] In "Amy's Choice", Amy is pressured to resolve her conflicted feelings for the Doctor and Rory and realises the depth of her love for Rory.[5] At the end of "Cold Blood", Rory is killed by a Silurian, then is erased from history by the cracks in the universe. Because he is part of Amy's own time-line, she ceases to remember him.[6] The Doctor takes Amy to 19th century France to lessen his guilt about Rory's loss and she forms a close friendship with famed painter Vincent van Gogh (Tony Curran).[7]
Moffat had always intended for Amy and Rory to get married "from the off".[68] Gillan stated, "What I love about that relationship is that we really saw it develop to get to the stage where they were happy together. Because we started off at a point where Amy didn't want to be committed to him, and he absolutely did, and that just gave us somewhere to go with it, rather than just them being happy together. So it was interesting, and it evolved, and Rory really became a hero in the process".[46] She was pleased that the audience was able to see Amy's life "pan out", starting when she was a child and through her marriage and daughter.[46] Gillan stated that the aftermath of "A Good Man Goes to War" would "change her in a big way for the long run and I think we are going to get to see Amy in a really different light".[69] According to Moffat, by the seventh series, Amy and Rory had become "a crack team"; so used to being the Doctor's companions that instead of marvelling at him they "treat him like a big kid they have to look after".[70]
According to Matthew, the curtain was torn from utmost top to lowest bottom. Actually, this is not the only time an event like this occurred in the ancient Roman world. According to the philosopher and statesman Seneca, writing the mid-first century, there were a number of well-known cases of top-down tearing and cracking of buildings and other structures as a result of earthquakes throughout the Roman world. In the following passage, Seneca cites a case of a certain bronze statue he surveyed which split in half from top to bottom during an earthquake:
I don't know when this started but I keep getting distracted, have bad headaches, forget the most common stuff, parts of my head feel like they sunk a little, feel tired all the time, keep getting angry at the tiniest thing and feel sad almost all the time, have a hard time sleeping, feel light-headed,lose my balance sometimes, don't like high sounds or bright lights,my eyes get blurry a lot, feel like my eyes are tired?,loss of taste and ringing in the ears and I hit my head whenever I think something random and unessesary I just hit my head and it made a *crack*ish sound and my neck is hurting a lot and my right eye is feeling like something is covering? it and my head is starting to hurt pls help I don't know what to do right now
October 16, 2002: The United States announces that North Korea admitted to having a clandestine program to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons after James Kelly, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs, confronted representatives from Pyongyang during an October 3-5 visit. Kelly later explained that the North Korean admission came the day after he informed them that the United States was aware of the program. North Korea has denied several times that it admitted to having this program.
In June 2011, police officers in Berlin Township received information from a confidential informant that Furlow was selling crack cocaine in West Berlin. Lieutenant Leonard Check of the Berlin Township Police Department teamed with Detective Michael Chuppe of the Voorhees Township Police Department to investigate the tip.
On June 13, 2011, while Chuppe was present and listening, a telephone call was placed by the confidential informant to Furlow, "asking if [Chuppe] could accompany the informant to [Furlow's] house to purchase $50 worth of hard, which is crack cocaine." The confidential informant and Chuppe then drove to the house, "pulled into the driveway, [Furlow] came out of the rear of the residence, entered [the] vehicle, [Furlow] told us to drive around the block, . . . [Furlow] told us [to] stop the vehicle." After Chuppe and Furlow "discussed the drugs," Furlow offered Chuppe "four for sixty, meaning four bags of crack cocaine for $60." Chuppe testified,
We proceeded to do the transaction, he handed me the bag, so he said he was going to give me the whole bag with four bags of crack cocaine in there. He handed me the bag, I handed him the $60, he proceeded to exit the vehicle and then we proceeded to drive away.
In sentencing Furlow, Judge Blue found aggravating factors three, six, and nine, N.J.S.A. 2C:44-1(a)(3), (6), and (9), "clearly, convincingly, and substantially outweigh" the absence of mitigating factors. Furlow contends that Judge Blue erred because "[w]hen the focus is placed where it belongs, on Furlow's offense, the excessiveness of the sentence becomes apparent. The offense was one street-level sale of sixty dollars worth or crack."
Our independent review of the record convinces us that Judge Blue's well-explained sentence is in harmony with our sentencing jurisprudence. There was no abuse of discretion and the sentence imposed, while severe, does not shock our judicial conscience.
Sazed and Marsh fight, and Sazed manages to injure Marsh, but his metalminds run out and Marsh gains the upper hand. Marsh tries to finish off Sazed but he is attacked from behind by someone who cracks a dueling cane into his skull.
Note 1: Prominent masonry wall cracks and compromise can be seen running diagonally and laterally on the brick face up to the cornice. This area appears to have a large steel C-channel acting as a spreader plate fastened in a vertical orientation providing structural stability to a weakened or compromised perimeter wall area. The proximity of the C-channel spreader plate and the corresponding cracks and fissures make this corner highly prone to further compromise and collapse.

In this incident, the department did have a pre-designated Incident Safety Officer, but the Incident Safety Officer role on this incident was filled by a responding operational battalion chief. Additional assistant Incident Safety Officers were appointed but they lacked specific Incident Safety Officer training. 2b1af7f3a8
