14-year-old boy who dies after shooting

PEARLAND, Texas (AP) — A 14-year-old boy who was shot at a Pearland High School track practice Wednesday has died, school district officials said.

Pearland Independent School District Superintendent Mark Edwards said in a letter Thursday that the 14-year-old's death was "a sad day for our entire community." He also said the shooting has been a "disturbing experience" for many students and staff at the school.

The letter didn't include the name of the boy, who was an athlete at the school, or what led to the shooting. Edwards said the boy was shot multiple times and died in a Pearland hospital around 10:45 a.m.Q:

I want to upload file via browser, and save the progress of upload (the progress to DB and file download).

The problem with such situation: when I'm trying to save the progress in DB - it always save the complete file.

Does anybody knows some kind of tools to upload the file or something?

The best solution should be: upload the file via browser, and return the progress using http response.

HttpPostedFileBase is Microsoft's implementation of the HTTP File upload. Here's a way to do it using Response Stream:
