"Tear-Out Ticket" Dispute -- PACANEE Upheaval for Airplane Driver
Joseph Q. Costa, one of the most sought-after taxi drivers on the Long Island, New York, Cape May Point, has now entered another traffic stand-off.
Local officials said one of the men they arrested last week allegedly threatened to tear out the ticket-taking machine, trying to circumvent the $5 charge for the 39-year-old.
